This new version of the toolkit has upgrades the QC interface.. You can now view the notes/items and tracking from order in the QC Module. Also the logs now contain more information than the filename.

A few significant updates to the Toolkit in this new release.
1. The QC window is now stand alone, meaning you can open it and it will remain open while the remainder of the toolkit is running. This will help great when multitasking
2.The USPS/Update Address Module, is a bit more flexible specially when processing multiple orders. The window now remains open while the remainder of the toolkit runs(this was already in place). However this new update allows you to search for another order while you keep the USPS/Update Address Module Open, Once the toolkit finds the order you are looking for, simply click on the same link you used to open the window and it will refresh the information on the USPS/Update Module. Only update the address which means the rest of your settings like ship methods, weight contents. etc. It works the same way for update order address. You will notice a new button that says update. Use this button if you want to update multiple orders. Otherwise you can continue to click "OK" after you are done updating the order.

In this release of the toolkit a few things changed in the the following areas,

• International Commercial Invoices - There is a new feature that allows you to send manifest for mail to XPO - this new feature is only availalble for a couple of accounts and will be released to other accounts as necessary. It is a simple processs to generate the manifest all you need is a generic content for the manifest and also the Airway Bill provided by XPO. 
• Different E-mails for Functions - I have added different e-mails for the different functions in the toolkit for example, e-mails for importing of files now have an e-mail address of import_file_at_ifsdp

In this release the following modifications were done

• Account Shipper Address - There are new features in which the toolkit now grabs the address saved, This new address populates through out the toolkit, So when processing avery labels, commercial invoices or USPS Labels, The toolkit will now use the address as the shipper. Because of this major change, you now need to be an administrator in order to make changes to the address permanently. However if the need to change the address is only temporary any user can modify addresss and it will stay saved in the current session but not permanently. If the address needs to be changed permanently please notify an administrator.
• Quick Commercial Invoices - There is a new feature that allows you print a simple commercial invoice from any account, It is included in the consolidated invoice module. All you have to do select the date range for which the order is from, search for the order using the many filters and then check the box next to it. Click on Print Regular Invoice and that is all the toolkit does the rest. 
• Deleting Tracking Numbers - Deleting tracking numbers now have an added security to improve accuracy in the toolkit system. If you delete a tracking number from the toolkit it will now revert the order to an Active status so that it may appear on the exceptions reports. This new feature only works in the individual orders, If you batch delete orders, you must also batch update the orders.. This can only be done through administrator accesses
• High Price Orders - Orders that have a high price will now be flagged upon import, this will make the toolkit prompt you for the high price when the order is qc'ed, 
• Admnistration Corner - This was changed to accommodate the new Shipper Address that will be global across the toolkit. 
• Account Rep - There is a new field in the toolkit called Account Rep, this is the rep that is in charge of the account, This will help new processors guide themselves when using the processing log. This modification is still pending on the processing log. Soon to be there. 

Release 1.0.0.246

This release includes the following modifications

• Logging in to the toolkit now doesn't show the confirmation that the user validated however it will still show you a message if the log in is incorrect. 
• API Importing for Transitional Accounts - There was a glitch in the system which was not verifying the string correctly on the IF Statement, This was address and is not working to import tracking numbers.
